- Facilitate communication between internal team and carriers.
- Assist with contract negotiations and revisions as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the contracting department as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline contracting processes and improve efficiency.
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as administration.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment.
- Comfortable with change and able to adapt quickly to new processes and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
