Responsibilities
- Assist administrative staff with setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting CRM and AMS systems. Experience with EzLynx and Agency Zoom is highly preferred.
- Design, implement, and maintain Zapier automation to streamline workflows, ensuring consistency and efficiency across integrations.
- Provide Outlook maintenance support, addressing issues experienced by individual users on their local computers and resolving related technical challenges.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage, analyze, and interpret data, including creating reports, building dashboards, and automating spreadsheets.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Development, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT systems management and business development.
- Technical Skills: Proven expertise in IT systems administration, CRM software proficiency, and business analytics tools.
- Strong communication skills for working with non-technical team members to resolve system-related issues.
- An eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies to support organizational growth and efficiency.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
