What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Office Technician position at Integrity Safety Services?
Integrity Safety Services, an occupational health and safety services provider, is seeking a part-to-full time employee to work primarily in our Ferndale location. Applicants should possess strong communication, computer, and customer service skills. The testing we do here must adhere to government standards, so applicants should possess a strong attention to detail and desire to meet those standards. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Answering phones
Checking clients in and out of computer testing
Performing drug tests*
Hands-on occupational health testing (Pulmonary function, respirator fit and audiometric testing)*
Data entry
Filing
*We will certify/train you on these services
We are seeking applicants that can work a minimum of 24 hours per week with availability to work up to 40 or more hours. Our office hours are typically Monday-Friday 6:30am-2:00pm with occasional weekend and after-hours required. Compensation will start between $17.50-$18.50/hour with opportunities for advancement upon performance and receiving certifications.
