Integrity Services TX is a leading provider of construction and maintenance services specifically tailored for the oil and gas industry in East Texas. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, safe, and efficient solutions for oilfield construction, maintenance, and decommissioning. We are currently expanding our team and looking for a skilled laborer to join us.

Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Engage in a variety of oilfield construction and maintenance tasks including the setup, maintenance, and dismantling of drilling and production equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and safety protocols specific to oilfield operations.
• Handle and operate tools and machinery relevant to oilfield work, such as power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery like forklifts or skid steers.
• Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of pipelines, tanks, and wellheads.
• Perform demolition tasks, manage waste disposal, and ensure environmental compliance.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and minor repairs on equipment including pumps, valves, and compressors.
• Participate in site preparation, including clearing, grading, and laying foundations for new construction.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety procedures, participating in safety drills, and reporting hazards.
• Clean and organize work areas, manage tools, and ensure all equipment is in good working order.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in construction or oilfield services is highly beneficial.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or oilfield maintenance work.
• Familiarity with oilfield tools and equipment; certification in operating heavy machinery is advantageous.
• Physical fitness suitable for labor-intensive tasks in challenging outdoor conditions.
• Valid driver's license; CDL a plus for operating larger vehicles or equipment.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to environmental regulations in the oil and gas sector.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Requirements:

• Flexibility to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by project timelines.
• Willingness to travel to different oilfield sites across East Texas.
• Commitment to wearing and maintaining Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Physical Demands:

• Involves heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs or more), standing, bending, kneeling, and possibly working in confined spaces or at heights.

Work Environment:

• Predominantly outdoor work with exposure to extreme weather, noise, and potentially hazardous conditions typical of oilfield sites.
