Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to analyze customer needs while maintaining a positive experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions while maintaining a high level of service.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance client services.
  • Uphold excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple calls and inquiries simultaneously.
  • Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
  • Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in their preferred language when applicable.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
  • Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer support.
  • Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Proficiency in using computerized systems for record keeping and customer management.
  • Bilingual.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to client services and sales techniques.
  • PL License
