Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
- Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions while maintaining a high level of service.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance client services.
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple calls and inquiries simultaneously.
- Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
- Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in their preferred language when applicable.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer support.
- Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
- Proficiency in using computerized systems for record keeping and customer management.
- Bilingual.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to client services and sales techniques.
