- Previous high value payments workflow testing experience
- Ability to validate VolPay configuration and support VolPay SIT/ UAT/ Release validation
- Previous payment hub implementation and high value payments experience and in-depth understanding with Payments messages (Fedwire ISO20022, Swift MT/ MX)
- Capture bank specific data mapping requirements to create message structures to define canonicals for different payment message types and data mapping of canonicals to payment scheme standards
- Prior Business Analyst experience managing requirements processes including conducting interviews and documenting technical requirements, user stories
- Detailed oriented with good presentation skills
- Experience working with Jira, Microsoft Excel, Visio, etc.
- Experience in agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Work closely with the development team leads, Scrum Masters in coordinating day to day activities such as clarifying requirements, sprint planning, retrospectives and other agile functions to ensure collaboration and effective delivery of user stories against business objectives, etc….
