SAP BRIM Architecture Consultant (FICO – Lead), Foster City, CA, US

We are seeking a Senior SAP BRIM Architecture Consultant to lead the design and delivery of end-to-end billing, invoicing, and revenue management solutions on SAP S/4HANA. This role requires deep ownership of SAP BRIM architecture, strong FICO integration expertise, and the ability to guide complex implementations from blueprint through go-live.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on BRIM architecture leadership, experience with high-volume, usage-based and subscription billing models, and strong stakeholder-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SAP BRIM architecture and solution design.
• Lead implementations across SOM, Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), FI-CA, and S/4HANA Finance (FI-GL).
• Define and govern FICO integration architecture covering billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, receivables, collections, and financial reporting.
• Design scalable O2C solutions for subscription-based, usage-based, and hybrid pricing models.
• Drive architecture decisions, integration patterns, and data flows across BRIM and S/4.
• Guide functional and technical teams from blueprint through go-live and hypercare.
• Act as the BRIM–FICO subject matter expert, advising business and IT stakeholders.
• Ensure solution scalability, performance, and compliance for high-volume billing environments.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 10 years of SAP FICO experience.
• 5 years of hands-on SAP BRIM architecture and implementation experience.
• Proven delivery of multiple end-to-end SAP BRIM implementations.
• Deep expertise in FI-CA, O2C, revenue recognition, and high-volume billing.
• Strong understanding of BRIM-to-S/4HANA Finance integration.
• Demonstrated architecture leadership and stakeholder management skills.
