As an Business Process Analyst, specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Duties
- Examine testing processes and workflows to establish methods to improve or automate workflows.
- Facilitating process workshops and documenting information found using process maps and business requirement documents.
- Serve as an intermediary between decision makers and management teams to track testing performance, conduct process mapping, and identify internal inefficiencies.
- Develop and present effective technical presentations to senior management and to technical/non-technical audiences; must possess strong written and verbal communications skills.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of experience in Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or other related fields.
- Experience with testing processes and a deep knowledge of process management during tech rollouts.
- Capable of working individually, collaboratively, and report to a department head.
- Contributes to complex aspects of projects and conduct root cause problem analysis to develop technical solutions.
- Mid-level experience in the field of Business Process Analysis or related fields with the skills to work independently and seek guidance when needed.
- 4 years of experience in one or more disciplines of Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or other related fields.
