Job Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities
• Measure and monitor vital signs, reporting to supervisors as necessary
• Observe resident conditions and report concerns to the nursing team
• Serve meals and assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene and mobility
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, ensuring a hygienic environment
• Communicate with medical staff, residents, and visitors
• Maintain accurate records and follow facility policies

Requirements:

• Current Missouri CNA certification
• Understanding of nursing procedures and related terminology
• Effective communication and organizational skills
