Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at IntelyCare. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the maintenance of a safe and comfortable environment.

• Monitor residents' mental and physical conditions and vital signs
• Facilitate the intake process, including the documentation of medical histories and any health issues
• Assist with medication administration, including the verification process and the monitoring of effects on residents
• Maintain residents' medical records and charts
• Help with immunizations, IVs, and blood draws
• Ensure residents have a comfortable and safe environment
