Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive MuleSoft Platform Administrator to manage, monitor, and maintain the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform across development, testing, and production environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with MuleSoft Runtime Manager, CloudHub, API Gateway, and platform monitoring tools, along with a solid background in DevOps practices and integration architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform including CloudHub, Runtime Manager, and API Manager.
- Perform environment setup, user/role management, and resource provisioning.
- Monitor platform health and performance, and ensure high availability and scalability.
- Manage deployments using CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
- Troubleshoot runtime and connectivity issues, and perform root cause analysis.
- Ensure adherence to platform security standards, compliance, and governance.
- Work closely with development teams to manage API versions, proxies, and policies.
- Maintain documentation for environment configurations, operational procedures, and best practices.
- Coordinate with MuleSoft support for issue resolution and upgrades/patches.
