Job Description:
We are seeking an EDI Specialist with expertise in ANSI 834 electronic data files to join our team in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of EDI file structures, specifically within loops and segments, and be capable of independently managing client onboarding, testing processes, and deployments. You will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, facilitating client and vendor calls post-training, and providing clear feedback on file results. Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Deploy and manage EDI processes, focusing on ANSI 834 electronic data files.
- Review and verify data within formatted files using tools like Notepad or Notepad, ensuring accuracy according to internal requirements.
- Facilitate client and vendor calls after training, taking ownership of the testing process and managing production EDI files.
- Analyze file results, provide clear and actionable feedback to clients, and manage customer interactions as needed.
- Balance and prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency with ANSI 834 electronic data files, including understanding loops and segments.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, particularly in reading and understanding data elements in EDI files.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to facilitate client and vendor calls.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
