Job Description
A Program Manager serves in the field as the onsite case supervisor and leader, mastering daily case management skills, including developing and overseeing clinical programs, supervising BIs and providing education and training for client caregivers. You must be willing to drive 30 to 60 miles a day, and able to supervise client sessions anytime between 8AM and 8:30PM on weekdays, and occasionally on weekends.
Billable hours requirement: approximately 32 hours a week
This position requires the candidate be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 pursuant to the California Department of Health guidelines or vaccination requirements set forth by Intercare funding sources.
