We are currently seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to be responsible for providing direction to maintenance staff. This position routinely inspects Intercept real estate, furniture, and vehicles, and identifies necessary repairs or other maintenance projects. Responsible for overseeing and/or performing functions related to the inventory, supplies, safety and preventative maintenance of Intercept property to ensure the safety and comfort of the residents as well as the physical appearance of the facilities, grounds, vehicles, and furniture.

Education and Experience Required: Two or more years' relevant experience will be considered.

This position would also include a total of 11 uniforms (provided by Cintas), an annual boot allowance of $200, and a company maintenance vehicle that can be taken home.
