ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Support Project Management
- Punch List Documentation
- Punch List Resolution
- Gross Profit Risk Management
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Provide day-to-day project support to assigned project manager(s).
- Create and maintain project status reports.
- Track product to ensure timely arrival to job site.
- Create and maintain change order documentation.
- Assist in onsite punch list walk-thru with project managers and clients, as requested.
- Create and maintain electronic punch list and plan for all projects.
- Investigate solutions and products required to resolve punch list items.
- Implement solutions that mitigate gross profit risks.
- Process warranty and non-warranty items with vendors.
- Create punch work orders and supporting documents for installation and turnover to project manager to schedule return trip.
- Review return trip installation documentation for completeness of work.
- Communicate completion of punch list to project managers.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- 1 years of relevant work experience.
- Audio Visual experience or education preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions; Writes clearly and informatively.
- Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
