VICE PRESIDENT INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Position : Vice President, Engineering Business Information Systems Location : Miami, FL (USA) Reporting To : Chief Digital & Information Officer Team Size : 150 (Full-time and external) Overview : A rapidly expanding SaaS company is seeking a Vice President to lead and innovate its global engineering, delivery, and support functions for critical Business Information Systems. This leadership role will involve overseeing systems that support key business operations, including financials, billing, HR, procurement, and customer relationship management. Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage critical Business Information Systems, including Salesforce, Oracle ERP, and similar platforms. Drive engineering tools, automation, and SDLC standards to support global projects and M&A activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, IT Infrastructure, and End User Tech. Ensure security and compliance with the CISO team, aligning with both business and technical requirements. Oversee system audits, upgrades, and support, maintaining effective vendor relationships. Manage technology budgets, contracts, and renewals. Establish scalable engineering processes with measurable KPIs, promoting continuous improvement. Desired Experience & Skills : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 10 years of senior IT leadership experience, particularly in back-office IT systems. Expertise in Salesforce, Oracle ERP / NetSuite, Mulesoft, Azure, and M365. Knowledge of ITIL, DevOps, Agile methodologies. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proven experience in scaling teams, managing third-party integrations, and delivering large projects. Preferred Experience : Experience with subscription-based billing, usage-based billing models. Strong understanding of HR, Legal, Tax, and Corporate systems. Familiarity with Microsoft M365, security, network, infrastructure, and cloud computing.
