Interim HealthCare is currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Case Manager based out of our Laconia NH office.
The Registered Nurse Case Manager position is responsible for managing a defined caseload of patients providing direct patient care and comprehensive nursing services to individuals in the community.
- Valid nursing license in the state of NH
- 2 years of experience in skilled care preferred
- 1 year of experience in nursing supervision preferred
- Recent wound care experience
- Must be able to lift 50 LBS with no restrictions
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
