Admissions Registered Nurse Position
The Admissions Registered Nurse is responsible for completing admissions and/or visits for our Home Care team.
This role offers independence and flexibility in the field, allowing the RN to visit patients one on one in their home setting.
Hours of Work:
Fulfilling a full-time schedule with 32 hours worked per week, but paid as if working 40 hours.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual Salary Range: $76,960 - $89,440

Requirements for the Position:
- Graduate of an accredited school for RN and licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Minnesota.
- A minimum of twelve (12) months experience working in an acute care or home health environment.
- Evidence of current CPR certification.
- Experience in Home Care, including OASIS; at least one (1) year of experience preferred.
- Able to travel within a geographic area serviced by the office. Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and proof of auto insurance required.
