As a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator/Receptionist, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:
- Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
- Maintenance of personnel files.
- General administrative and clerical support.
- Data entry, photocopying, faxing, mailing, emailing and electronic filing.
- Manage a high volume multi line phone system and route those calls to the appropriate party.
A few must-haves for Human Resources (HR) Coordinator/Receptionist:
- At least One (1) year of office experience required.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Requires excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Have a positive attitude and be motivated to help others.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize a number of projects and work independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- A cheerful voice and professional telephone manner.
