If you’re comfortable in a sales position, we need someone with your talents. We’re INTERIORS HOME and we’re looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team in York, PA.

Working within INTERIORS HOME guidelines and processes, the Sales Consultant greets customers in the showroom, determines needs and goals, and assists in the selection of both inventoried and custom furnishings and accessories. The consultant creates a positive customer experience through completing all sales/order documentation, tracking orders and communicating with customers throughout the entire process and troubleshooting obstacles.
The successful candidate will bring to the position:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- One (1) year experience in a retail setting;
- Strong observational and listening skills;
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Negotiation and persuasion abilities;
- Desire to learn and improve;
- Enthusiasm;
- Attention to detail.
We’ll be excited if you also have:
- A degree or certificate in a design or art field;
- Sales experience;
- A look book.
