Litigation Associate

Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate, based in Dallas, Texas, who can keep their eyes on the big picture while effectively handling all phases of commercial litigation. Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in all phases of commercial litigation, including contract disputes, class actions, and regulatory issues.
• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies that align with clients' business goals.
• Conduct discovery and pre-trial activities, while avoiding unnecessary and inefficient tactics.
• Participate in trial preparations and represent clients in court, achieving successful jury and bench verdicts.
• Collaborate with the appellate team to preserve trial records and manage appeals effectively.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work effectively under pressure.
• Prior judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
• Commitment to client service and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
