Role Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical care in an outpatient setting.
- Participate in the education and mentorship of medical students, nurse practitioner students, and pediatric residents.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, audiologists, occupational and physical therapists, speech therapists, social workers, and pediatricians, to support patients and families.
- Mentor junior faculty and providers to foster team development and clinical excellence.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and program development.
