The Physical Therapist manages and provides skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account the individual patient special physical or age-related needs.
Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with the individual functional level and potential.

- Full-Time – Outpatient: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Rehabilitation
- Full-Time – Outpatient: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Rehabilitation (Potential to Crosstrain to Acute Care)
- Part-Time – Outpatient: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics and Neurology
- On-Call/Per Diem Acute Care – Schedule: Variable schedule up to 32 hours per week, a minimum of 2 shifts a month and 2 Holidays a year

Required Qualifications:
- Degree OR D.P.T. from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 30 days of hire.
- In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) background check is required for this position upon hire.
