Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Full-time Registered Nurse to join our Home Services team. As a RN, you will be responsible for providing the best clinical practice in an environment of caring and healing while working autonomously in the home.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care of Hospice/Home Health adult patients and their families in their home setting.
- Deliver care in compliance with hospice/home health policies and procedures, legal and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with other health team members to coordinate care and provide therapeutic interventions.

Requirements:
- Current RN License in state of practice.

Salary : $90,359 - $109,369
