The Oasis operates the historic AAA Four Diamond Inn and Ranch, restaurants, gift shops, and the world's lowest elevation golf course. Both hotels are open year-round and feature swimming pools fed by naturally warm local springs.

The Details:Position Type: Full-time year-round or SeasonalStart Dates: November 2024Pay: $16.65Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days/per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays). Durring high business volume this position may require overtime.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for cleanliness and upkeep of employee and guest facilities including, but not limited to, restrooms, showers, outdoor seating/gathering areas, building hallways, offices, outdoor walkways, pool areas, and function/event areas.
- Cleans windows, floors, and doors as assigned.
- Performs regular dusting and cleaning of all outdoor and indoor light fixtures
- Empties trash and recycling from all public garbage cans
- Cleans, maintains, and restocks departmental golf cart after every shift.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months to 1 year previous customer service experience.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be available for AM and PM Houseperson shifts.
Physical Requirements include:
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Must be able to bend, push, pull, kneel, lift and stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to work in extreme temperatures.
