Client
An existing ICG Financial Services client is looking to appoint aSenior Product Management Consultantwith strong product management experience and understanding of the Australian implementation of the Banking Executive Accountability Regime (BEAR) framework.
Role
Working with ICG engagement lead and the client’s product teams, the consultant will be responsible for developing a high-quality product management operational procedure guide which captures the existing processes, information and accountabilities across the business and is fit for purpose under the BEAR regime.
Senior Product Management Consultant
The successful professional will have likely performed similar tasks previously in a financial services organisation and/or have over 5 years of management consulting experience with a focus on product management framework development and regulatory accountability.
They will have experience in process discovery and documentation and a referenceable track record of/proven expertise/leadership in:
financial services regulation adherence
end-to-end product management responsibility development
strong communications and interviewing skills
ability to support options and recommendations with appropriate data-gathering, diagnosis, analysis, assessment and presentation
strong thought leadership and proven ability to generate innovative/alternative changes and solutions
experience in financial product process auditing is a plus
Logistics, Location & Rate
Logistics: Starting in late June 2019 on an initial 3-week project.
Location:Sydney and/or Brisbane.
Business travel across the two cities will be covered.
Rates:The net rate range for theSenior Product Management Consultant would be between $1,250 and $1,400 based on experience level and fit.
