Job Description
This position is responsible to check-out and coordinate patient care, answer incoming calls, schedule appointments and verify insurance benefits. We are seeking a highly-organized individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Specific Educational and Skill Competences Required The ability to operate standard office equipment and effectively communicate with customers, get proper demographics information. A minimum of one year of medical office experience and high school studies are required. Computer skills for position are essential. Must have effective communication with patients, co-workers, supervisor, and physicians. This position must be able to prioritize needs and be flexible to assist in other areas as requested.
Applicant must be cheerful, dependable, neat appearance and able to handle high volume of patient calls.
Must be bilingual (English/ Spanish)
