- Provide internal and external customers with the highest quality of customer service in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
- Performs 1st and 2nd lien audits
- Prepares Payoff Requests fulfillments
- Process payoffs
- Completes release of lien requests
- Prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Conducts insurance reviews
- Processes wire transfers
- Processes payments
- Responsible for Credit Bureau reporting
- Ability to assume responsibility, display initiative, exercise good judgement and make and act upon decisions with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others as part of a formal or informal team.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
