Manufacturing Associate
Pay Rate :
$21.42 per hour with a .25 cent shift differential for 2nd & 3rd shifts and the opportunity to make $23.82 in the first 90 days.

Candidates must be open to 2nd (3pm - 11pm) and 3rd (11pm - 7am) shift, depending on company vacancies. This role is subject to mandatory scheduled overtime.

The Job You Will Perform :
- Safely operating machinery
- Reading factory orders
- Accurately reading gauges, tape measurer and other test equipment
- Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting and setting up orders which may include carrying tooling (i.e. ink buckets, printing dies and cutting dies) to machinery
- Accurately completing quality and administrative document checks to ensure specific directions are followed
- This person will also be assigned to clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.
