Position: People Operations Manager
Location: Allentown, PA
Reports to: Director of HR
*MUST HAVE 5 YEARS WORKING EXPERINECE LEADING ALL ASPECTS OF HR IN A MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT
MUST HAVE:
- 6 years of HR experience including a minimum of 5 years’ experience leading all aspects of HR in a manufacturing environment
- Seamless operation of HR processes, fosters a positive work environment, supports employee development, and enhances the overall employee experience
- Ensures compliance with labor laws and develops HR initiatives that align with the company’s business strategy
- Reviewing, developing, and implementing HR policies and systems to improve organizational operations and overall effectiveness.
- Implement training programs
- Experience building own team
- Experience in companies with various shifts (24/7)
WISH LIST:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Advanced degrees or certifications such as SHRM or PHR are preferred
- Created and implemented hybrid work week
DESIRED TECH SKILLS:
- Proficiency in HR Software and Microsoft Office Suite
- UKG System
- Very tech savvy, (AI, ChatGPT, etc)
- HRIS experience
