Essential Responsibilities
Invoice Processing
- Review, code, and process invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Verify the accuracy of supporting documentation and approvals.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies.
- File and report claims to vendors regarding shortages and damages and record corresponding credits.
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Process employee expense reports in accordance with company policies.
- Verify receipts and approvals for accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and process weekly/monthly payment runs.
- Reconcile payment transactions and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and audits as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite a plus) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Salary : $62,399 - $62,400
