What are the responsibilities and job description for the Camera Operator position at International Sound Corporation?
International Sound Corporation has an immediate opening for a local Camera Operator for the production and recording of a live television broadcast show for a Thoroughbred Racetrack located in Henderson, Kentucky. The candidate should have experience in the operations of a professional broadcast camera in a live environment. The position will be in a Patrol Tower, so the candidate must have the ability to clime a ladder to the tower and not have a fear of heights. The candidate will be required to take direction from the on site Technical Director. The candidate must be available to work all racing performances and have reliable transportation. The position is part time offering approximately 18 hours per week and is seasonal from now through August 26th. Racing will be conducted Saturdays through Mondays. Work shifts will be 10:30 AM until approximately 5:30 PM all live racing days. The candidate must obtain an occupational license with the Kentucky Racing Commission at the racetrack after they are hired. The starting rate of pay for this position is $25.00 per hour..
