The Senior Sales Manager will develop business strategies that expand market share, strengthen dealer partnerships, and accelerate eCommerce performance. You will align product plans with market needs, lead sales processes, convert targeted dealer fleet accounts, and collaborate closely with product, parts, and service teams. The role also involves analyzing market trends, managing key relationships, and reporting performance metrics through Salesforce.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree with at least eight years of sales experience and one year in a leadership role OR a master’s degree with six years of sales experience and one year of leadership OR a minimum of ten years of sales experience including at least one year of leadership.
