Project Overview:
This position supports a secure Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solution for Clemson University. The focus is on building and supporting the Citrix VDI environment, Windows images, and training internal teams.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Level 2/3 support for Citrix/XenApp.

• Monitor platforms using NetScaler and ControlUP.

• Support VDI stack and ensure session stability.

• Patch/update Citrix servers and assist the helpdesk.

• Technical SME for VDI/Citrix environment.

• Deploy core Microsoft services (AD, DNS, DHCP, etc.).

• Use advanced testing tools and conduct technical training.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree.

• 5 years in Citrix VDI/Windows environments.

• Proficiency in Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, VMware, Windows Server.

• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred:

• Citrix Admin Certification.

• Strong analytical/problem-solving in VDI/Citrix.

• Initiative in addressing conflict and ambiguity in VDI settings.
