Title: Sales Representative

We are looking for a talented and competitive Sales Representative.
A Sales Rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects. Working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend products. You should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.
Position Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Handle your customer product returns
- Process customer credit in timely manner
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects
- Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards
Position Requirements
- Experience in selling seafood required
- Proven inside sales experience
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
- Diligent and punctual
- A self-motivated individual that can multi-task.
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You will be required to work on weekends, holidays
- You are willing and able to work in an environment that has extreme temperatures and slippery surfaces
Physical Requirements
The employee frequently is required to stand and walk. The employee is occasionally required to sit; use hands and fingers, handle, and feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee will be exposed to a noisy environment that varies from hot to cold in temperature.
