Description
- Looking for a full time Assistant Branch Manager who has experience with customer-focused/deadline-driven/high-energy environment, and who can provide courteous, friendly and professional assistance to their team, and our membership.
- Our ideal candidate will make anywhere between $52,796.70 - $55,730.00 for this role
- Will follow a Monday-Friday (flexibility between 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) and every other Saturday between 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. schedule.
- This role is eligible to participate in the ITCU Exempt Employee Incentive Program, which can pay up to 11% of the annual salary, prorated based on the date of hire. (This incentive is based on the credit union achieving established service and financial measurements.)
- Work with the Branch Manager to ensure the branch’s objectives and goals are achieved.
- Maintain open lines of communication with Branch Manager and branch staff; work closely with them to ensure exceptional member service delivery.
- Guide staff in delivering service excellence. Foster a customer service excellence orientation in team; demonstrate Service Excellence standards and desire to help others succeed.
- Ensure staff is fully cross-trained and operating as a high performing team.
- Perform sales coaching for branch staff. Provide leadership guidance for staff when Branch Manager is unavailable.
- Generate, sell, and service consumer accounts to expand member base.
- Support Branch Manager to determine sales and business development needs.
- Conduct offsite business cold calls and outbound phone calls to attract and/or expand community relationships.
- Sell and cross sell products and services to prospects and existing members to enhance relationship building and provide enhanced services to members.

Requirements
Education/Certification:
- (2) Two years of college or commensurate professional experience.
- Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) required. (This is a SAFE Act position and registration will be required, upon offer, if an applicant does not currently have a NMLS number.)
Experience:
- Two or more years’ experience in the financial services industry
- Supervisory experience is a plus
Required Knowledge:
- Must possess a working knowledge of consumer deposit and loan products and services.
- Proficient in Microsoft Products.
- Compliance with Federal Bank Secrecy Act and Money Laundering rules required.

- Excellent communication skills - in person and via telephone.
- Proven ability to identify customer needs and tailor features and benefits of products/services to customers with differing needs.
- Ability to make personal connections, engage and educate customers, ask open-ended questions and use listening skills to establish trust and build lasting customer relationships.

- Strong time management and organizational skills.
Designated safety-sensitive position. Must successfully pass pre-employment drug screen (which will include marijuana testing) and adhere to the Drug and Alcohol Policy for duration of employment with the Credit Union.
Salary : $52,796 - $55,730
