InTouch Labels & Packaging is looking for an IT Systems Administrator/Developer who will support and enhance InTouch Labels & Packaging’s on‑premise and cloud IT infrastructure. This role manages networked machines and devices, provides 1st and 2nd level user support, and drives ongoing system optimization and automation initiatives. Key responsibilities include administering Windows and Linux environments, developing automation scripts (Bash/PowerShell), and supporting connectivity across the production environment. Experience in networking, system administration, and process automation is essential, with optional contributions to PHP/JavaScript web applications. The position requires strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate across departments.

What you will be doing on a typical day:
- Administer and enhance our on-premise and cloud-based IT infrastructure
- Connect and manage machines, devices, and services across the production environment
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support for end users and ensure smooth daily operations
- Continuously optimize IT infrastructure and actively contribute to long-term automation projects
- Serve as a key contact for technical questions and user support across departments
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash and PowerShell
- Manage and maintain Windows and Linux systems
- (Optional / Preferred) Contribute to internal web applications using PHP and JavaScript
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- A minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.,
- Solid understanding of network administration (routing, switching, firewalls, VPN)
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux system administration
- Proficiency in scripting (Bash, PowerShell)
- Strong interest in process automation and IT system optimization
- Openness to software and web development
- Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
