Overview

IGC is currently seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join the team, uphold the core values of IGC, and foster a culture of service excellence for new location in Dublin, Ohio.
Assistant General Manager Responsibilities
● Oversee member and guest experience to ensure that service and quality of product are consistently delivered at a world-class level.
● Assist General Manager in overseeing the dining room and golf services management teams to ensure the highest level of operation of the club.
● Assist General Manager in orientation, training, disciplinary action, termination and off-boarding.
● Ensure all employees are happy, engaged, and provided every opportunity to develop professionally.
Assistant General Manager Qualifications
● Minimum of 3 years experience in an Assistant General Manager role at a premier private golf club, hotel, or upscale/fine dining restaurant.
● Extremely high attention to detail.
● Proven track record of developing and managing a world-class F&B program.
● Must exemplify a history of service excellence.
● Must be extremely personable.
● Demonstrated ability to manage a P&L.
● Proven leadership skills.
● A desire for challenge and a talent for building high-performance teams.
● As a leader, always displays a professional and positive attitude.
