Intra Management Solutions Inc. is seeking a Principal Cost Analyst (PCA) to provide cost management and financial expertise in support of a cleared program environment. This role is ideal for a seasoned financial professional who brings strong business acumen, advanced analytical skills, and the confidence to engage directly with senior leadership. The PCA will focus on cost management and financial decision support.Key Responsibilities• Provide cost management and financial analysis support for cleared programs• Develop, analyze, and present financial data to program and executive leadership• Utilize Costpoint for financial tracking, reporting, and analysis• Build and maintain advanced Excel models, dashboards, and reports• Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis• Partner with program managers and stakeholders to drive informed business decisions• Operate in a hybrid onsite environment within a SCIFRequired Qualifications• 5 years of relevant cost or financial management experience• Active TS/SCI clearance (required)• Strong experience with Costpoint• Advanced Excel skills (expert / “wizard-level”)• Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate financial insights clearly• Demonstrated experience interacting with and presenting to senior leadership• Ability to work effectively in a classified environmentPreferred Qualifications• Experience supporting government or intelligence community programs• Background in government contracting financial management• Prior experience in cleared, mission-focused environmentsWork Environment• Hybrid onsite role with required presence in a SCIF• Primary work locations: McLean, VA or Warrenton, VABy texting Intra Management Solutions, you agree to receive two-way conversational messages (external) from Intra Management Solutions, including updates regarding your application status from our recruiting team.
