Intralox Customer Training and Technical Communications is seeking a Project Manager for customer-facing instructor-led training and digital training projects. The candidate will be able to understand, prioritize, and manage project scope, time, and quality to deliver exceptional customer value. To be successful in this role, the Project Manager requires a strong mix of project management, organizational, commercial, and instructional, skills to deliver training solutions that are informative, sticky, and fun. This position will be located in Baltimore, Maryland.

Responsibilities :
- Manage the development and delivery of instructor-led and digital training projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, SMEs, and trainers.
- Establish, collaborate, and maintain strong relationships with account teams, customers, and 3rd parties.
- Define and negotiate the scope of work with a focus on customer needs and contractual obligations.
- Identify and allocate resources in collaboration with managers and workforce analysts.
- Oversee quality assurance processes and manage project risks and issues.
- Manage ambiguity and drive objective decision-making across diverse teams.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of team processes and deliverables.

The position is eligible for one of the following : commissions, discretionary incentives, or production incentives according to the terms of those plans.
