Overview
Intrepid Solutions has open a Senior Program Analyst position supporting our US Army TENCAP client to help enable the Army to rapidly exploit and influence national capabilities and architectures in Alexandria, VA.
Responsibilities
The Senior Program Analyst shall:
- Perform analysis, evaluation and make recommendations on all aspects of planning, programing, and budgeting for TENCAP initiatives.
- Apply knowledge in acquisition, program and budgetary laws, policies, and regulations, to TENCAP projects and programs.
- Provide draft plans and recommendations on program cost analysis, annual/multi-year, and long-range fiscal planning. This includes Program Objective Memorandum (POM) briefs; Procurement & Research; Development, Test and Evaluation Forms (P&R) forms; Acquisition Program Baseline Briefings (APBBs); and other acquisition strategy and planning documents.
- Prepare for acquisition milestone reviews and Milestone Decision Authority (MDA) reviews.
- Develop and staff Acquisition Decision Memoranda (ADM).
- Provide input and recommendations regarding the efficiency and effectiveness of acquisition programs and provide assessments that will support the PdM TENCAP's major milestone decisions and mission resourcing.
- Develop, staff, and archive interagency agreements, Memoranda of Understanding, and Memoranda of Agreement.
OPERATING HOURS AND EXPECTATIONS:
- This position anticipates standard work hours, Monday-Friday.
TRAVEL:
- Limited or minimal travel expected.
CLEARANCE:
- Active TS/SCI clearance required.
Qualifications
EDUCATION:
- Master's degree OR Bachelor's degree 8 years of work experience OR 12 years of work experience
CERTIFICATION(S):
- DAU Level III certification in Program Management, or Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification recommended.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 15 years of demonstrated experience providing in applying the requirements of DoD 5000.01 and 5000.02 to DoD Acquisition programs / projects throughout the acquisition lifecycle, with full undersatnding and application of acquisition strategy, work breakdown structure, integrated master schedule, program planning, budget execution, systems engineering, and logistics.
