Position Highlights:
- Process loan packages received from lending institutions.
- Coordinate all aspects of the closing function and attend closings.
- Create and edit settlement statements/CD’s when needed.
- Perform all post-closing functions as needed and coordinate with personnel for document recording.
- Assist with escrow account reconciliation and maintenance as necessary.
Position Qualifications:
- Completion of a four (4) year college degree OR equivalent training and experience
- 2 years experience in real estate loan closings and settlement operations
- Experience analyzing documents associated with a routine real estate transaction
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate files
- Ability to work autonomously
