Lab Technologist

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and driven Laboratory Technician to join our Endocrinology & Andrology team. In this role, you will be responsible for semen analysis and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. You will be a vital part of our lab operations, helping ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in our fertility testing services.

Responsibilities

• Perform semen analysis; provide backup support for IUI sperm preparations.
• Maintain laboratory inventory and supplies for Endocrinology and Andrology.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, CAP, AAB, and CLIA by conducting quality assurance tests and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and serve as liaison for related equipment.
• Train lab personnel on OSHA regulations, equipment, and procedures.
• Maintain detailed records for sperm cryopreservation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  
  

Qualifications

• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist.
• Experience working in a laboratory setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results-driven with a focus on quality and teamwork.
