We are looking for an HR Assistant that provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Human Resources department.
- Maintain, update, and audit employee personnel files and HR systems.
- Coordinate employee documentation, forms, and compliance-related records.
- Receive and review employment applications and candidate information.
- Respond to routine employee inquiries and escalate matters as appropriate.
- Contact candidates via phone and email for follow-up, screening coordination, and interview scheduling.
- Support onboarding processes, including new hire documentation, system access setup, and orientation coordination.
- Provide administrative support to the Finance team, including printing checks and offering on-site support as required.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, administrative support, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of basic HR practices, confidentiality requirements, and recordkeeping standards.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
