Compensation: $60,000 - $85,000 / year
Description
This role is responsible for all activities related to the ordering and fulfillment of Wholesale appraisals. Handle a wide variety of tasks that involve engaging Appraisal Management Companies (AMCs) to assign orders to appraisers, following up on orders throughout the process.
This position will work 3 days a week in our Bloomington, MN office.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Update and manage pipeline within appraisal platform throughout all stages of the process.
- Maintains workflow efficiency through Mercury Network
- Review comments to ensure compliance with appraisal independence regulations.
- Work directly as primary contact with AMCs, brokers, and internal partners via calls and emails.
- Review completed appraisal reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Review requests for revisions and reconsideration of value.
- Manage document flow between AMCs, valuations, and internal partners.
- Resolve system issues within the appraisal platform.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience using the Mercury Network or other appraisal management platforms.
- Must be a highly organized individual with the ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, and effectively manage time and workload.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products.
- Adapts to change easily in a fast-working environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage several types of activities daily.
- Understand and remain compliant with Appraisal Independence Requirements and internal policies.
