What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barsita/Foh To Advance To Boh/Cook position at Invited Incorporated?
Invited Incorporated in Pendleton, IN is looking for multiple WEDNESDAY & SUNDAYS ONLY barista/FOH staff members to join our strong team. We are located on 118 N Pendleton Ave. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, dependable and hard-working.
This position starts with training as a Barista/FOH staff member. You will learn to take orders, prepare drinks, run food, as well as opening & closing procedures. Once employees are comfortable with FOH tasks, everyone is trained on BOH procedures which includes: preparing food orders, making dressings/batter recipes, opening/closing tasks for BOH.
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers & taking orders
- Preparing espresso & tea based drinks
- Running food
- Cleaning
- Following tasks lists for opening/closing
- Washing dishes in BOH
- Keeping track of inventory
Qualifications
- Previous experience is not required but is preferred
- Must be 17 years or older
