Web Designer / WordPress Developer (part-time)
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced UI / UX designer with front-end development experience to join our team. As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and visually appealing designs for custom web and mobile products for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and marketers to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet client requirements. This role is open for NJ-based candidates that can work on a hybrid basis or remote candidates based in the USA.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field.
- 3-5 years of professional mobile and web UI / UX design experience working with software product or consulting companies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and projects.
- Experience with front-end development languages such as Angular and Bootstrap will be a plus.
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience creating custom graphics and icons specific to business requirements.
- Must be a creative designer that can transform software requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently or in a small team environment with minimal supervision.
- Experience with WordPress development, a plus but not required.
Responsibilities :
This is a direct-hire hybrid position available for both full-time and part-time candidates. The position offers a salary of $60,000 - $75,000 or $35-40 / hr rate based on experience level and additional benefits.
