Scope of Job
Provide superior customer service while processing customer transactions and performing daily banking functions accurately and efficiently. Transactional processing via alternative delivery channels including but not limited to phone, web chat, email, and video. Possess a working knowledge of bank products and services. Comply with applicable banking regulations as well as Bank policies and procedures.

Education and Experience
High school diploma required. One-year customer service and/or cash handling experience, or some comparable combination of education and experience.
