SENIOR SCIENTIST, MEDICINAL CHEMISTRY
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Medicinal Chemistry team. The successful candidate will play a key role in synthesizing ligands or nucleoside monomers and incorporating them into therapeutic oligonucleotides. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with state-of-the-art technologies and develop cutting-edge skills in the field of RNA therapeutics.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ph.D. in Organic or Nucleic Acid Chemistry with at least 2 years of post-PHD experience
- Extensive experience with purification techniques (e.g., ion exchange, reverse-phase, and size-exclusion chromatography)
- Experience with automated lab equipment (e.g., NMR, LC-MS)
- Proven track record of scientific productivity, as evidenced by high-quality publications and/or patents
- Knowledge of nucleoside/oligonucleotide synthesis is a plus
- Ability to be productive and successful in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team setting
