The Office Administrator will be responsible for assisting the Office and Administration Manager in ensuring that all guests of Iovino’s Great Neck Office are being met with the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage / organize vehicle fleet (keep up to date registrations, insurance, taxes
etc.).

· Greet guests and direct them to the appropriate person or office.
· Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a friendly, positive manner.
· Schedule appointments.
· Keep office up to date with stationary materials which includes ordering

· Keep updated record of office expenses.
· Receive, sort, and distribute mail/deliveries to the office.
· Provide accurate information to guests and employees.
· Prepare meeting and training rooms.
· Perform any other ad-hoc administrative and clerical duties upon request.
· Communicate with outside vendors (facilities, management, etc.)
Education / Qualifications
Education:
· High School Diploma or GED required.
· College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Qualifications:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Detail oriented and organized.
· Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Customer service experience.
